Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must include original receipt. Only applicable for purchases made directly on xristinatsakoumakou.com. To start a return, please contact us at hello@xristinatsakoumakou.com.

Returns are also accepted in the case of an error made by “Xristina Tsakoumakou”.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
